Joshua Finley — Director
Joshua is a veteran Windows performance and troubleshooting specialist with over 30 years of deep Windows internals experience. His work spans mission-critical infrastructure, Windows Server 2025, Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure AD Connect, identity integration, PKI, DNS, Microsoft cloud, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
He has led and operated environments where availability, recovery and accountability matter: including 13 years of data-centre infrastructure ownership, enterprise storage and virtualisation, and regulated healthcare systems. That depth helps Kritical trace the underlying problem, explain the business impact, and turn the right fix into a secure, supportable operating environment.
For larger environments, that foundation includes VMware VCF and vSphere, Hyper-V, VxRail, Pure Storage, NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam and CommVault. Kritical brings that enterprise infrastructure experience into practical assessments, modernisation and recovery work without making customers translate the technology themselves.
