Shipping policy

Overview

Kritical™ is a digital-first business. The overwhelming majority of products sold through our marketplace are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment involved. This policy explains how digital delivery works and outlines the limited circumstances where physical delivery may apply.

 

Digital Product Delivery

All software licences, subscription keys, and digital products — including Microsoft 365 licences, Windows licences, CrowdStrike Falcon licences, Adobe Creative Cloud licences, and PAX8 digital products — are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframes:

·       Standard digital delivery: Within 30 minutes of payment confirmation

·       Maximum digital delivery time: 24 hours

If you have not received your licence key or activation code within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at sales@kritical.net or call 1300 274 655 with your order number.

There are no shipping fees for digital products.

 

Physical Products

Where Kritical™ supplies physical hardware, devices, or other tangible goods as part of a service engagement or Business Pack:

·       Physical products are shipped via Australia Post or a nominated courier service

·       Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the service agreement

·       Delivery timeframes for physical products vary by location:

o   Metro areas: 2–5 business days

o   Regional areas: 5–10 business days

o   Remote areas: 10–15 business days

·       A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch

·       Kritical™ is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, third-party couriers, or circumstances outside our control

Physical product availability and shipping terms will be confirmed in writing prior to order for all service-related hardware.

 

On-Site Deployment Services

Where a service engagement includes on-site deployment by Kritical™ engineers, scheduling and travel terms are confirmed in the applicable Statement of Work. On-site services are available across Australia, with travel costs for locations outside metropolitan Victoria confirmed prior to engagement commencement.

 

International Shipping

Kritical™ currently serves Australian businesses only. Digital product delivery is available Australia-wide. Physical product shipping outside Australia is not currently offered.
