Kritical handles onboarding, provisioning, billing, customer support, and optional managed service additions. We are your point of contact — CrowdStrike is the engine running under the hood.
The difference between Protect, Business Protect, and Managed is the amount of Kritical service included — not the underlying CrowdStrike security platform, which is consistent across all plans.

It provides 24/7 threat monitoring, threat hunting, investigation, containment, and remediation— delivered by CrowdStrike's own security operations team. It is the same platform used by enterprises and government agencies worldwide.
Kritical handles theservice layeraround your CrowdStrike subscription — provisioning, account setup, onboarding, billing, and customer support. On higher tiers, we also provide policy assistance, onboarding guidance, and (for Managed customers) ongoing optimisation and governance.
The underlying CrowdStrike security platform is the same. The difference is the Kritical service included.Protect includes standard onboarding, basic setup, and email support. Business Protect adds up to one hour of onboarding and policy assistance — including policy review, environment discussion, application compatibility, and phone support access.

No. Kritical Protect plans are security subscription services focused on the provisioning and administration of CrowdStrike. They do not include compliance consulting, project work, vCISO services, general IT support, or any services unrelated to the subscribed CrowdStrike platform. These are available asadditional servicesunder separate arrangements.
Yes. Kritical Mobile Protect™ is available as an add-on for $49.99 inc GST per device per year ($99.99 after the pre-sale has ended). It requires an active Protect, Business Protect, or Managed subscription and cannot be purchased standalone.
Kritical Managed™ is launching after the pre-sale period closes. It will include monthly security reviews, policy reviews, findings reports, recommendations, and ongoing policy optimisation. Register your interest via the Managed section above to be notified at launch.
Kritical Protect plans are security subscription services centred around the provisioning, administration, optimisation, and support of the subscribed CrowdStrike platform.
Unless expressly stated, subscriptions do not include general IT support, help desk services, Microsoft 365 administration, server administration, network administration, cloud administration, software troubleshooting, project work, consulting services, or any other IT or cybersecurity services unrelated to the subscribed CrowdStrike service.
Additional services may be provided under separate commercial arrangements.
