Microsoft frames its Business Premium tier as one connected answer to productivity and security for small and mid-sized organisations, in a single subscription rather than a stack of separate purchases. Kritical helps you work out whether that framing matches your actual environment, then delivers the licensing, setup and ongoing administration around it.

Microsoft describes Business Premium as a complete productivity and security solution built for organisations up to roughly 300 users: connected collaboration through Teams, secure access to apps and data, protection against phishing, ransomware and data loss, and device management across Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, administered from one place. It is the tier Microsoft positions as covering both ends of the problem — getting work done, and keeping it safe — in one licence.

A Microsoft 365 licence price may leave setup, migration and ongoing administration unpriced. Before you commit, Kritical identifies what is already configured, what still needs work and which ongoing tasks belong in the proposal.
Three situations bring people to this page.
You need Basic, Standard or Premium explained in terms of what your team does.
Licences were added as the business grew, but configuration, sharing settings and device policy no longer have a clear owner.
You want to know whether your current tier and quantity still match how the business works.
Your proposal separates the subscription from the delivery work. We agree tenant access, data ownership, how the result will be checked and the handover your team needs. Any ongoing administration is scoped explicitly, so it is clear who handles changes after the project.
A licensing question does not need to turn into a project before you understand it.

Licensing, setup and administration priced separately, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
The agreed lead or delivery group checks the change against the proposal. The contact model, cover and handover arrangements depend on the scope and service level you choose.
Tell us which Microsoft services you use, the main issue or planned change, approximate user numbers and your deadline. If a renewal is involved, include the product, quantity and term. We can establish the technical detail together, then confirm the expected timing for a licensing answer. There is no fixed price for the setup and administration work itself — it depends on user numbers, current configuration and what needs fixing, and we will quote it.
If you already know the tier you need, buy it from the shop and scope any setup work separately.
Open the relevant service for the scope, delivery approach and next step.
Use the vendor guide to understand the platform, then talk with Kritical about making it work in your environment.
When computers, email, access, security and business software need attention at the same time, Kritical works out what to fix first, what to manage ongoing, and what it will cost — in writing, before you commit to anything.
When a hard problem crosses infrastructure, identity, applications, security and AI, Kritical aims to provide continuity through a consistent lead or delivery group where the agreed scope and service model support it. The proposal sets out the contact model, cover and handover arrangements so ownership remains clear. We price the work in writing and hand over the agreed operating information.
Whether you are buying as an individual, for a household or family, or for a business, tell us what you need to buy, replace or renew. Kritical checks compatibility, licensing and deployment; current product pricing is shown in our online catalogue, while setup and unpublished combinations are confirmed in a written quote.
That depends on the identity, device-management and security controls your business needs, not on which tier sounds the most complete. We check your requirement before recommending a change.
Yes. A scoped review identifies licensing, sharing, device and identity issues, then prioritises what to correct first based on risk and effort.
Tell us what you have today, what needs to change and when. Add the product, subscription or quote details if you need pricing. Never include passwords or confidential records.
Yes. Microsoft 365 licences are available directly through our shop. If you want the environment properly configured or migrated, that is scoped and quoted separately.
Business Premium includes Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat; Microsoft 365 Copilot, which works across your own files, email and meetings, is licensed separately. We check what you already have before recommending anything new.
