ERP, CRM and connected operations

Make the applications behind the business work as one system.

When people are rekeying the same information, chasing missing approvals or unsure which system holds the right answer, Kritical connects ERP, CRM, commerce, reporting and workflow automation so the business runs from one clear process.

Common issues to resolve before implementation.

Before implementation, establish the licensing, role coverage, data ownership and process controls the application depends on. The assessment separates what is already in place from gaps and decisions that need an accountable owner.

Start with one process that is causing trouble.

Bring one delayed or duplicated process, the systems involved, a representative example and the people who approve finance, customer or operational rules. We establish the technical detail with you and keep the first conversation focused on the business result, not a product demonstration.

Connect ERP, CRM and commerce around clear ownership.

We identify which system owns customers, products, prices, orders, invoices and other important records so people can stop rekeying the same information twice. We then define where information moves, what triggers each hand-off and who acts when an update fails or needs approval.

Turn the process map into a working system.

A first project can produce a process map, record ownership, data mappings, configured workflows, tested integrations, user guidance and a practical handover. Before work begins, you receive a clear scope covering the systems, records and scenarios we will address — and a price attached to it.

Process map

Map the process that must work from start to finish.

Record ownership

Make ownership clear for each important business record.

Data mappings

Define how agreed information moves between systems.

Tested integrations

Test the integrations and scenarios included in scope.

Why Kritical, specifically.

Continuity planned around your account

We aim to provide continuity through a consistent lead or delivery group where the agreed scope and service model support it. Your proposal sets out the contact model, cover and handover arrangements that apply.

A written quote

We review the supplied information, then confirm the scope, written price and expected timing.

We price the work, not just the licences

A stack of subscriptions is not a working system. We scope and price the integration and process work itself.

We name Business Central, Dynamics and Shopify plainly

You get a comparison in ordinary language, including our own Shopify-to-Business Central connector where commerce is in scope.

Questions before you enquire

Do you only work with Microsoft business applications?

No. Microsoft is a major part of the practice, but the work can include Shopify and other systems that participate in the business process.

Can you improve an existing implementation?

Yes. Start with the operational problem, current configuration, integrations and data constraints. We can scope an assessment or a defined remediation.

Why is there no price shown on this page?

The systems involved, the data quality and the integrations required change the cost too much for one published number. Send us the process and you get a written, scoped quote.

What do we need to bring to the first call?

One delayed or duplicated process, the systems currently involved, a representative example, and the person who approves the finance or operational rule behind it.

Can this include AI-assisted document work?

Yes, where invoices, forms or records are part of the process bottleneck. We scope that as a bounded extraction and validation workflow.

How do you decide which application owns a record?

We name the system of record for each entity — customer, product, price, order, invoice — before any integration is built, so ownership conflicts and reconciliation requirements are identified before integration work begins.
