First call
We ask about the systems, the constraint and the date that matters, and tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Enterprise engineering
When a hard problem crosses infrastructure, identity, applications, security and AI, Kritical aims to provide continuity through a consistent lead or delivery group where the agreed scope and service model support it. The proposal sets out the contact model, cover and handover arrangements so ownership remains clear. We price the work in writing and hand over the agreed operating information.

You don't need a finished architecture pack to start this conversation. You need someone who will read the actual environment before proposing a fix.

Kritical connects scope, engineering, evidence, acceptance and handover in one written delivery plan. The exact responsibilities and contact model are confirmed in the proposal.

Agree the result before work begins: a rehearsed migration, a restored service, a working integration or a verified configuration. We hand over the design, the changes made, the test results and the operating instructions your team needs to run it. If you need ongoing support after the project, that's added as a named service.
Our proposals start with the change you need to make, the systems involved, the decisions to resolve and the deliverables we can scope with your team.

Tell us which systems are involved, the outcome you need and any procurement or access constraints. An initial call does not require credentials or a finished architecture pack.

A scoped assessment or first delivery increment, with the acceptance criteria for that stage agreed in writing before it starts.
Send the systems and constraints involved and we quote the work.

Yes. We can scope a defined engineering workstream within your delivery and change processes, with reporting and escalation responsibilities agreed upfront.
No. A defined assessment, project or specialist engagement can be scoped separately. Any ongoing operational responsibility must be agreed explicitly.
Describe the service, operating constraints and required assurance. We establish access, change windows, rollback and acceptance requirements before agreeing delivery.
The proposal sets out who coordinates the agreed scope and specialists. It also records the cover and handover arrangements that apply so responsibility can move without losing context.
A scoped enquiry gets a written quote. A quote for an open-ended or poorly defined problem takes longer, because we won't price what we haven't scoped.
Tell us what you want to achieve, what you have today and when it matters.
