The invoice with new bank details
A supplier you know seems to email that their account has changed. The next payment goes to someone else.
Email security & recovery
Business email compromise is a message that looks like it came from your boss, your supplier or your bank and asks someone to pay, change bank details or sign in. Phishing is the same trick aimed at your passwords, and both put money and mail at risk. Kritical can quote and set up three layers that protect against both: Harmony Email to filter the message, DNSFilter to block the bad site, and Dropsuite to keep a copy of your Microsoft 365 mail you can restore.

None of these needs a clever hack. Each one works because a message looks ordinary and someone is busy.
A supplier you know seems to email that their account has changed. The next payment goes to someone else.
A request to buy gift cards or pay an urgent bill, sent from an address that is one letter wrong or from a real account that has been taken over.
A link to what looks like your Microsoft 365 login. Once a password is typed in, the attacker is reading your mail.
Someone with access to a mailbox sets a rule that copies every message to them, then waits for a payment to be discussed.
No single product catches everything. These three cover the message, the web link and the recovery, so one miss does not become a bad day.
Check Point describes Harmony Email as checking messages before they reach the inbox for phishing, business email compromise and malware, and as working with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It is the layer that stops the message arriving.
DNSFilter checks each web address against its threat and category rules before a connection opens, on devices in the office and away from it. It is the layer that stops the click landing on a fake login page.
Dropsuite backs up Microsoft 365 email and related files, so a deleted or damaged mailbox can be restored. NinjaOne now owns Dropsuite and the product continues as NinjaOne SaaS Backup. It is the layer that gets mail back when something gets through.
We scope the protection around your mailboxes and your staff, then set it up and hand it over.

Which email system you use, who can send as your domain and whether sign-ins use more than a password.
You can buy one layer or all three. We quote the product and the setup work together, so you see both.
Someone is named for each alert and for each restore request, before anything goes live.
A payment sent to the wrong account, or a mailbox someone else is using, is urgent. Start with the help pages, then come back here to close the gap.

Mail or files deleted or damaged, or a backup that will not restore.
Email or Microsoft 365 not working for anyone.
There is no fixed price. The cost depends on the number of mailboxes, which of the three layers you choose and how much setup your accounts need. We quote it in writing before any work starts, and you decide what goes ahead.

Microsoft 365 email and file backup, now NinjaOne SaaS Backup, with a restore tested before you need it.
Fraud by email where the sender pretends to be someone you trust, or really is a taken-over account, and asks for a payment, new bank details or a sign-in. It often contains no malware at all.
Microsoft 365 includes some email filtering, and we can check how yours is set. Many businesses add a second layer, and Microsoft does not keep an independent backup of your mail for you.
Yes. Each layer is quoted on its own. We will tell you plainly which gap matters most for your business.
No product does. The layers reduce what reaches your staff and what a click can do, and the backup limits the damage when something gets through.
